This video did help me. I have short arms and I feel very limited in my core right now. I am working on folding the legs in tightly before trying to jump-walk through the arms. I even have trouble keeping my palms flat if that tells you how weak I am through my core. I also was not positioning my hands correctly (placing them by the hips vs. in front as you demonstrated).
