We will cover all the relevant adjustments for the Intermediate series of Ashtanga Yoga including advanced adjustments like Kapotasana, Eka Pada Sirsasana and Karandavasana. You will need to have a regular ashtanga practice to attend. You do not need to be able to practice all of the Intermediate series, be able to grab your feet in Kapotasana or put your leg behind your head in Eka Pada Sirsasana. We will learn how to adapt the practice and the adjustments for most body types.
