My approach to ashtanga yoga is pragmatic, not dogmatic. I am open-minded. I want to help you use the ashtanga system to support your life rather than squeeze you into the ashtanga system. I want you to be inspired to show up on your mat. I will support you to create a self-practice catered to your needs that is safe, challenging and fun.
